Noir Blanche ArtiQ strives to provide high‑quality products and exceptional service. By purchasing from our store or booking a treatment, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and return terms:

Refund Policy - the basics

Return & Exchange Policy  

At our studio, every candle, bath product, and fragrance is crafted with intention, artistry, and the quiet care of small‑batch creation. We want every piece you receive to feel special. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a process that’s as thoughtful as our products.  

 

Returns  

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and unaltered items in their original condition and packaging, including:  

  • Candles  

  • Bath Bombs  

  • Bath Bars  

  • Bath Salts  

  • Fragrances (must remain sealed)  

 

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Because our products are handcrafted and often sensitive to handling, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, burned, used, or damaged after arrival.  

 

Exchanges  

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.  

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.  

  • Include a photo of the issue so we can make it right.  

  • Exchanges are offered for the same item or an item of equal value.  

 

Non‑Returnable Items  

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:  

  • Custom or personalized products  

  • Used candles, bath bombs, bath bars, salts, or opened fragrances  

  • Sale items  

  • Gift cards  

These pieces are made uniquely for you or offered at special pricing. 

 

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing, as each step is handled with care.
